ENVIRONMENT STRATEGY

1. Reduce CO2 emissions and global warming by installing energy efficient boilers in new property and replacing old with new in existing property. The new high-efficiency condensing boilers with a high Sedbuk rating can save both on fuel, carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions which is good news in the battle to combat global warming and address climate change. We avoid the use of insulation products the contain CFC’s and HCFC’s. Using eco-friendly products can achieve cuts in energy and water by approximately 30% and 40% respectively for little or no extra cost on the installation. We recommend the use of these products to our customers and have installed these on numerous occasions. These products are emerging all the time and we keep abreast of these changes by trade journals and trade events.

2. Reduce wastage by using supplies from renewable sources wherever possible. We endeavour to purchase office supplies made from recycled products or from sustainable sources and we recycle our office waste.

3. Protect and improve the natural environment by keeping gas and water pollution to a minimum. Removing all materials from site and disposing of them in the correct way.

4. Our vans are purchased with the environment in mind. They all have low carbon emissions. We have them regularly serviced to ensure that they are running efficiently.
