CARRYING OUT WORKS

INSTALLATION

1. A mutually convenient appointment made.

2. Our surveyor meets tenant/client to discuss work , time taken, position of boiler and radiators, any special needs that may be required. When the work will be carried out.

3. Drawings produced. Materials ordered and engineer made aware of work that is required.

4. Work carried out

5. At completion of work a quality control check to be carried out to tenants and RSL’s satisfaction.

6. Tenant/ client asked to complete Customer Satisfaction Survey


SERVICING

1. Appointment sent 10 days in advance

2. If no tenant contact, Service Engineer sent to carry out work

3. If access not gained then Steps 1. and 2. repeated.

4. On completion of work a CP12 is made out and tenant asked to sign this form

5. Tenant asked to complete Customer Satisfaction Survey

6. A minimum of 10% of properties are subject to a random quality control check
