Yes. The company supports private customers, commercial clients, landlords and social housing organisations.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Include the property address and postcode, the type of property or site, the service required, known equipment details and any timing constraints. Photographs or documents can then be supplied directly to the office if requested.
How should I prepare for a service visit?
Please make sure the engineer can safely reach the appliance and relevant controls. Let the office know about access arrangements, parking restrictions or known faults when booking.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Our Gas Safe registration number is 9652. You can also ask to see the attending engineer's Gas Safe ID card and check the work categories shown on the back.
Do you offer planned maintenance?
Yes. Contact the office with details of the property, site and equipment so the team can discuss the most suitable arrangement.
Do you provide emergency or out-of-hours call-outs?
Call the office to check current availability. Out-of-hours arrangements may apply to some contracted work, but should not be assumed unless agreed in advance.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the North West and Yorkshire, subject to the work required and current scheduling. Contact the office with your postcode to confirm availability.
What guarantees and payment terms apply?
These depend on the agreed work and will be set out in the relevant quotation, contract or handover information. Ask the office if you need the terms confirmed before proceeding.
